I remember when they banned those crazy sleeves. It was right around the time from when most of these cards came out. They made everyone go unsleeved for a couple pt’s when they realized people were using the reflective stuff to see top cards and such. Cheating used to be RAMPANT in the pro tour

Glad to hear a fellow Gerard fan. Also that art you loved said Tim Hildebrandt. Him and his brother used to do work for Marvel back in the 90s if I’m not mistaken. I do recall their names a lot as a kid on covers etc.

The Hildebrandt bros have/had been prolific comic/fantasy artists since the 70s. Their posters and calendars for Star Wars and LotR from that era are iconic.

I definitely enjoy this type of video. I would assume a lot of us can’t afford bigger buys, but $10 is a fun little amount that anyone can spend and maybe hit on something. $50+ is crazy, it is like cracking packs it is always a roll of the dice.

Your sacrifices to gods of chance have been acknowledged. Some pretty good zombie hits in that lot. Anytime you hit a playset of those artifact lands have to feel good.

Lol between last video and this one looked what one of the legends card i remember i own is worth today cause of its edgy appearance. Dakkon blackblade. Seems like around 50-80€. Now im intrigued, i remember that card was worth nothing when i played magic and buyed cards i needed for deckbuilds.
