Thanks so much Julie, I watched this and the prior video months ago and was so looking forward to doing this WHEN I got the book. I now have the book and this is the first pic I have done! Love it, love your tutorials,, keep 'em coming! xo
Just beautiful!!! I'm so glad you're coloring out of this wonderful book. I love your choice of colors and thank you so much for sharing them with us; your subscribers ☺ Beautiful background!!!
Beautiful! Came out really nice, Julie. The background was a bold move -- and it works beautifully. My book is on the way. Paid about 40 US dollars with shipping, but it's a must have -- straight from the country of origin. Can't wait to see it in person. Such an adorable fairy book!
I just love these backgrounds!! I have used one of your collections. Like you used behind the owl I believe in Johnna Bashford's book. It looked great with my grey cat and all the green around her.
Drop dead gorgeous, Julie! I think this will be the first page I color in this book. May I also say, concerning the awesome background, how fun it is to use all those colors just on their own in all their magnificent glory? Blending with other colors is great and all such as on a flower, but every now and then, I want to just lay down one color all by itself and enjoy that color alone. I don't know if that makes any sense at all, lol. Thank you for these videos. Say, "Hi" to your son. Hope he's still drawing and coloring.
omg ! you are so amazing. Beautiful work ! I just started coloring, I'm following your coloring step by step but it's still hard to do specially with cheep pencil. I thought all the pencil was same. now I know there's all different types and prices. I'll change my color pencil to Prisma first. mine does not show color, only my hand are sore from going back and forth with the pencil to get color showing. thank you for showing your wonderful talent.
Hi , just bought this enchanting book and look forward to following in your footsteps. Thank you so much for showing what colours you use. Have only the 36 box of Polychromos pencils. Can I use some of my Prismacolour colours as substitute or will that cause a problem as they are oil based ?
