Having played this archetype in the TCG, I can only say this deck is good enough to climb the ladder any day. It wouldn't be a mistake to say it's Tier List worthy; I've been playing it the whole day and I destroyed pretty much the WHOLE META with it. Damn it's good.

I have a question or a suggestion have you ever thought about using DNA card with diffusion wave motion? DNA to change your challengers monsters dark and DIFFUSION WAVE MOTION to attack all your opponents monsters.

Just added a Legion jester, another magician navigation and eye of and a 3rd DM. Beatdown, it works okay but not as good tho. Starting hand can suck many times.

Fun fact, Magician of Chaos Is treated as "Dark Magician" on the field and in the Graveyard, so Mahad can Revive him if things go south, or magician navigation can be used to negate with him on the field.
That moment you swing into a Magician of chaos that has a power of the guardians attached and cause you are the turn player your Magician of chaos has priority.
What's the best alternate to Oracle Mahad for those that only have 1 or 2 copies of it? (has to be a light so that the light and dark skill can be used)
@@jorgebuckley4971 I've been having a bit of success with it recently after changing it quite a bit. I'm running a single Mahad, and only 2 Chaos Form+Magician of Chaos and 2 Navigation. Running three copies of Chocolate Magician Girl really helps the deck out because you can thin the deck using Rod/Navigation/Illusion Magic etc then just draw into your Magician of Chaos. The one copy of Mahad also helps a lot with that because it provides a powerful target for Chocolate and a way to get over Quintet Magician and Chaos MAX Dragon. And because its only one copy, it's much harder to brick with it. And this works with any skill at all but Draw Sense: Low Level has helped me out quite a bit while I farm for Destiny Draw
Now that we have a new META deck, the parasite who owns Game A is going to start whining and posting 'duel links is dead' like a helpless child. It is always amusing to see a full grown man behaving like a baby just because he cannot get rid of a game in the market.
That guy is the biggest piece of crap I've seen in my life. But the worst thing is that he is a compulsive liar, he even says the one posting crap against the game is Dkayed or someone from the DLM discord.

That's why all the deck samples are TRASH, full of orthographic errors and the web lists every single deck as "EXPENSIVE or Premium". Go figure.
I’m debating on using the most recent dream ticket for magicians navigation since I don’t want to go through that whole box to get it. I have almost the whole deck and I’m just grinding arcana levels to get the remaining cards. I have two other dream tickets so I’m not too worried about the other cards. Am I making a smart choice using the UR dream ticket for the navigation card to save on gems?
Can’t find any info on this, but did they limit the effects of magicians rod? A couple of days ago I noticed I can no longer use the effects of magicians rod if I place it within the first turn
im creating my own deck. I got the red eyes deck beat every time. Still need a deck to eliminate dark magician, blue eyes and the lightsworn 0 atk effect.
So I have a couple of questions for using this deck. I bought the deck 3 times but I don’t have Mahad or magicians rod. How would you build the deck without those cards? Is magicians rod in the regular inventory of the card trader or do I have to get lucky and hope he has it in stock?
Why should you not buy a structure deck if it has a few of your ur and sr staples plus others in the deck with gems? Sounds like a good way to spend gems when you know you are getting all of those and then farm the regular boxes for the rest. Would like some input on this matter.
@@jabbawookeez01 But there is also the risk that they will instead bring back some lame/normal Version of Atem in his modern outfit. Making them know can improve the chance.

Herald Agents was my favorite deck, I used to have fun teching cards like Birdman with mystical shine balls, and summon them again to make trishula. Do you think they'd add Archlord Kristya?
@@KermitTheFrogman Don't know, honestly, Herald of Perfection seems like a bit of a stretch but DSOD would be the perfect occasion to introduce them. Even if Konami would release Herald and Kristya, they'd likely do them as UR's of a pack whereas I feel like they'd be the most balanced as character-specific skill cards because the cost of playing such powerful control and stun cards would be the fact you aren't running a skill of your own and probably only have one or two of them in your deck, also you'd have to have more than 20 cards in your deck that way making you reliant on searchers, meaning OOPS, gotta spam the Sonic Bird and Senju pack again... There's an endless amount of money to be gained either way, I guess :D
Is there a way to get the cards you want without spending money on this game? I just started playing and when I saw the structure decks I thought I could get multiple decks with just using gems so I saved up my gems but when I bought a structure deck I couldn't buy the same box with just gems, now I actually have to spend money to get another, so I went to the packs thinking it would be fine, I went ahead and spent my remaining gems but all I'm getting are random cards that don't synergize with anything, it starting to feel like only ppl that spend money on the game are the only ones who can enjoy it
Tbh though if u buy 3 structure decks u can make a pretty good deck to play with....yea u have to fill in cards here and there but the deck will be good enough to clear and unlock character content for sure....
Save gems, buy valhalla calling box, build cardian. That is one f2p deck friendly. You might even be able to build fortune lady (only if you farmed the dark signer event) and nordic aesir right out of the box. The easiest way to start cheap is buying the newest archtypes release in the latest box, this way you won't need to search for specific archtype support cards in older boxes. After that is looking for staples, Enemy Controller is easy enough to get. So yeah. It's still going to be quite grindy to get those cards you need from the box though. 😂😂
Quick tip : use power of the guardian on a defense position monster and your monster basically immortal unless your opponent activate a despell or somethin'

I’ve had something similar but I used 2 Ritual monsters and used Master of Magicians skill and worked pretty darn well too 😁 Really loving this version of the deck though
Out all the powerful cards Konami could of given us to make Dark Magician top tier (one of the most famous cards in YuGiOh) they have us crappy breaky ritual magician cards 😡😢😢. Big upset.
Its effect says if you activate a spell or trap during your opponent's turn besides the damage step, you can tribute another monster to return it to the hand and Navigation is the trap that was used during the opponent's turn to activate the effect, so it works.
I don’t have mahad and I don’t feel like going through a main box to get 3 of them, so I think I’m gonna replace 2 copies with another vanilla dm and magician of dark illusion. As for the third one I might get a mahad for the slot or replace it with a tech option. Does that sound like a good compensation?
@@edgarnavarro7396 ive been using two rods and a robe, robe helps me out here and there when. i. get a shitty hand, plus the 2000 def stops a lot of low level monsters.
can someone explain to me how the card trader work? there are some cards i need from the card trader but they are not in the stock or whatever is called... so can someone explain how that works? are there dates when they are changing the cards?

There is a budget version. Pay 1000 in-game gems for 1 EX deck, buy it again while its on sale for 3.99$, then buy it a third time for 6.99$. That’s just 11$ total. The only thing missing are the Mahads....
