Hi, Yes it is possible to switch between channels with your physical remote control and the remote control from Magicinfo.

Hello, I want to ask which position in API is responsible for change channel? We cant everytime login into MagicInfo and use remote control. Thank you for answer.

Hi, via this extension you can reach the extended API: /MagicInfo/swagger-ui.html?urls.primaryName=REST%20API%20v2.0 Next up is look for the quick control option: /restapi/v2.0/rms/devices/quick-control Edit Quick-Control Values for Specific Devices Menu: represents the action you want to do (see MagicINFO server > device > quick control Value: is in this case the channel number you want to switch { "deviceIds": [ "00-00-00-00-00-00" ], "menu": "save-sch-channel", "value": 1 }

@@MagicInfoServices Hello guys, I'm trying exactly the same thing but it is not working. I got a "200 OK" response but the channel didn't change. Is it still the same way to make this request?
