The goddess standing in front of crocodile is "khodiyar maa", not maa Ganga. She is a folk deity of Gujarat, Rajasthan and some part of Maharashtra. But yes, she may resembles goddess Ganga, the major difference is Khodiyar maa holds a trishul where as maa Ganga holds a khalash or lotus (mostly she doesn't carry any weapons).
