Okay, so this might be a little personal, but the original cover from Lollia genuinely played a big part in helping me come to terms with my bisexuality, and it holds a very special place in my heart. So glad to see a new version up. Really, REALLY made my day. Thank you so much.
Multiple reasons apparently : there are rumours of the first producer that worked on the first version of Magnet did not want to work with Lollia anymore, so she ended up removing all the songs that he had worked on for her from her channel, Spotify... also there's another rumor saying that Lollia and Liz aren't friends anymore, and that they don't follow each other on socials since years ? Seems to be a bit of a mess, but these are just rumors.
Its been a while since i heard a cover of this song. Its a good mix. Listening to this gave me the feeling of how hard lgbt still has to fight to be free all around the world. Great job, everyone!
If it's about homosexuality, then why is it called "magnet"? Magnets are literally some of the most homophobic things out there (think + and - magnets)

It's about a lesbian relationship, the vocals show that pretty well, and quote "please let me hear you say: no this isn't wrong" meaning they don't want to believe that being lesbian is wrong (it's not wrong), but it's about coming to terms with their sexuality.
Please, *please*, add subtitles to your videos if they have fancy or speedy font, your voice and covers are beautiful and I love them a lot, but as a non native english speaker with hearing problems its really hard to understand/read the lyrics solely from video!

So after coming into terms of me being a lesbian and looking further into the lyrics, I can definitely say this song played a part in a lesbian awakening. -also i jammed this song with one of my friends who i had a slight crush on back then-
