What is a magnetic field? In this video, we delve into the world of magnetism and help you unravel the mysteries behind magnetic fields. This captivating topic has intrigued scientists and laypeople alike for centuries, and we're here to break it down in a way that's both informative and engaging.
We start by explaining the basics of magnetism and how it relates to electricity. Then, we dive into the concept of magnetic fields, discussing their origins and the forces they exert on moving charges and magnetic materials. We'll also cover the properties of magnetic fields, such as their direction, strength, and the way they interact with other magnetic fields.
Throughout the video, we use vivid animations, real-life examples, and hands-on demonstrations to bring the concepts to life. This makes it easier for you to visualize and understand the principles behind magnetic fields, whether you're a student, teacher, or simply someone curious about the world around you.
By the end of this video, you'll have a solid understanding of magnetic fields, including:
The fundamentals of magnetism and its connection to electricity
The origin and properties of magnetic fields
How magnetic fields interact with charged particles and other magnetic fields
The real-world applications of magnetic fields, from everyday gadgets to cutting-edge technologies

Same EM repelling concept is used on a larger scale by the NFL and the NBA. With the flip of a switch, EM charged goalposts repel/deflect any similarly charged football. Same goes with basketball rims and basketballs.

The idea that magnetism can be explained by mysterious electrons all pointing in the same direction is hilarious and an insane deflection from what magnetism actually is

@@user-gf2rb2vj5j when the magnetic force is created no one explains what THAT is. What is the toroid? Why is is shaped like that? What is it that is actually deformed into that shape and surrounds the magnet. Why does it result in the motion of other objects toward or away from it at that distance? It’s fine to theorize that electrons exist and that they all behave the same and create a force but what actually is that force? Why is there no magnetic field in the center of the toroid? There’s an empty gap there? We always hear about the theories on why and what the shape is, the behavior and the conditions and the poles, but no one explains well what the field itself is, only what causes the field(theory) ‘electrons’ moving in sync.

Clearly it’s gotta be much more than just electron alignment, the magnetic field already exists as something tied to the real shape and look of charged particles we basically just see some portion of that field shape scaled/amplified up when u combine multiple aligned of the shape

Seeing those old ring magnets takes me back to my childhood (in the 1960s). You'd find them in used television sets, mounted in front of the electron gun at the back of the CRT They were used to focus the electron beam.

How do magnets work? The magnet consists of concentric clockwise and counterclockwise dipole rings that extend from one pole to the other over the entire body of the magnet. Dipole rings in the same direction attract each other, and dipole rings in opposite directions repel each other. Likewise, currents in the same direction attract each other and currents in opposite directions repel each other. An electric current can induce dipoles in a magnetic material to form dipole rings. Moving magnets can induce electrons in a conductor to produce an electric current. Since a dipole ring has two magnetic poles, clockwise and counterclockwise, there cannot be a single magnetic pole.

Folding or pushing a centrifugal magnetic polar arrays one pole into the other creates a field capable of nullifying mass.

Maybe you can help me... can you change a magnetic field with other magnetic fields to change the space of the field? Or will forcing more magnetic field pressure just be the opposing fields just continually trying to oppose one another? Did I ask that right? Anyways, thanks

Why does the iron particles attract to both positive and negative?
@davidmurphy563
@davidmurphy563 8 месяцев назад
Because all material is magnetic. The only difference is that in a permanent magnet the atoms are orientated so the majority are aligned to give a macro magnetic field. In other matter their direction is random meaning no nett magnetic field. They cancel themselves out. The magnetic force is transmitted through to conductive material making it conform to the field. Electromagnetism is one force. So anything that can conduct will be affected by magnetic fields. That's the best answer I can give without formal equations.

Good question ⁉️ I messaged it looks like graphene oxide to me. There were videos over in Australia out here on RU-vid. They had a magnet they're pulling graphene oxide out of the sand on the beach and it was collecting on the magnet. Look just like this!

Notice gravity is compared to a magnet but it can't be the other way around people get butt hurt if you twist it around. 😂 The fact you use magnets 🧲 to prove gravity is astoundingly confusing as you condrict yourselfs by using magnistism to prove gravity, I mean I can't be the only one who finds this shit stuiped. I'm Guenuely asking this question for a reasonable answer.
