Oh wow. The grounds are just so beautiful, with all the flowers! In Spring and summer the smell would be glorious. The pecan tree is a sweet bridge to America. There is a lot of scope for tourism here, especially being near Saint Emillion.

Hello Leggett Immobilier, you used to let fly drones over the properties. I miss it a lot. It's pretty useful for getting an overview of buildings, landscape and general layout of the area around your object(s). I don't know much about the laws in france about letting fly something, but, if possible: bring back the drone views! Please? Greetings, P.H.

Dear Peter, thank you for your feedback! We are using drones again in our more recent videos, this one being the exception as it was actually filmed over a few months ago (it was in the process of being sold before we could publish the video but now is back on the market). Unfortunately, our drone person had some health issues over the summer which prevented us from being able to add drone footage but everything is back to normal now 😉 Have a lovely day!

I always wonder if people will break in if you leave the home unattended for months. Ive heard that theft in the countryside can be a problem.

Is this home currently being occupied? I see evidence of a family that looks as though they’re still living there! Are they the ones selling, I have no idea why they would, this property is beyond beautiful in such an idyllic setting and the roses😍it’s gorgeous🌹

La Toscane est la Toscane. La Gironde est la Gironde. Point barre. Il faut arrêter de comparer deux régions qui sont totalement différentes l'une de l'autre. Très irritant comme argument de vente.
