It's true that you find amazing things at your thrift store, but that's not the key--you have a talent for repurposing and renewing even the least likely things into beautiful, useful decor.
Wow what a great job. My favorite project was the tall hanging planter with a circle that was awesome. I used to be a great thrifter but now I am in a wheelchair and have to depend on other people to take me so I get my pleasure of thrifting by watching you. Please don't ever estimate how important what you are doing to some of us that are homebound. Blessings and hugs from New Mexico
Love everything you came up with today❤❤❤ I especially love that plant stand! I always like hanging plants, but don’t have anywhere to hang them and that would be a perfect idea for some height.
Fia, I always look forward to your videos!! You always think outside of the box and it helps me do that as well. I have learned so much and so appreciate your talent!! thank you for going tot the dollar tree...I can not find the things you have at my thrift stores so I appreciate you showing us the dollar tree, because those items I can find! Thanks again and I can't wait till next week!!!
The little magnifying glass!! The detail in such a small simple item gave it such an elevated look - as all of your projects! You are so clever and talented - thanks for sharing :)
Fia, I get so excited to watch your videos every Sunday... I make sure everything is quiet so I can totally concentrate! 😂 I had never even been in a thrift store before I started watching your videos. I have found some AMAZING THINGS THERE now since I've started going! YOU ARE SO TALENTED!!!
That magnifying glass was my favorite. I’ve duped it before but not upright and I did NOT know the lens pops out! That thing worked me to death… but now I know ❤ thank you
It’s almost impossible to ever pick a favorite but this time I am going to say the stool because we had to cut a huge cedar tree down in our backyard and I made my husband cut me a bunch of rounds. Know now how I’m going to use some of them!
Fia, you have an incredible talent for rethinking & recreating expensive decor. Why pay for over-priced home decor when we can now DIY it because of you. I'm sure all your subscribers would be proud to display your creations in their home. Thank you for sharing your extraordinary talent with us.
You are soooo talented and LOVE LOVE LOVE your videos. Look forward to them always. Your home must be exquisite! Keep the videos coming.. your creative is so appreciated ❤
Hi Fia, ALL your projects are GREAT! You are so talented. I hope this summer to start doing a few things like you do. (not as nice though) I need to get some ideas as you do from Target & magazines, etc. Thank you for all the beautiful items you show us.
😱 I saw 50 high end on your blog and began to hyperventilate! Girl, you do such fun, timely items, can’t wait to dig through my stash or-- take another thrifting trip. Very best place in my town (Cincinnati) is St. Vincent DePaul. Great stuff, including clothes, but like everything else, prices are going up. Thanks for all the inspiration, and fun. 🙋♀️
I love all your creations!! I think the stool is my favourite. Also, I'm sure it's very unlikely, but maybe check that the magnifying glass doesn't catch any direct beams of sunlight. Probably me being paranoid but I've heard of fires being caused by glass doorknobs. Just want you and your beautiful family to be safe. xoxoxo
Love the bench - even though your style is very different to mine, I always look forward to your videos as I love the way you repurpose things. Cheers from Tasmania, Australia
Loved everything you made here. The best part about thrifting is the thrill of the hunt. Hehehe. So very often I find all these same cool things but hidden in boxes, or under piles of other items. While my taste is more vintage inspired, I love your classic style
I don’t think that you’re lucky with your thrift shops - I think you spend a lot of time and work really hard to scout out pieces that most of us wouldn’t recognize as potentials for a makeover.
