The London System is an opening system in chess where White opens with 1.d4 and develops the dark-squared bishop to f4, then supports the d4-pawn with pawns on e3 and c3. The London System can be used against virtually any Black defence and thus comprises a smaller body of opening theory than many other openings. Magnus Carlsen is known for his universal approach to chess openings, expertly employing a variety of them to make it harder for his opponents to prepare against him.

your explanations brother are really instructive. Not only that, you are more focused on the game rather than what could've or should've been.

hey sammy, i love your videos. but as an audience, i would like to give you one advice / feedback so that you can upgrade the quality of your videos. You sound monotonous. it would be nice if you could slightly change the style of your speaking. 😊

The Jobava London game was my favorite of the bunch. Apparently the computer hates Magnus's kingside knight reroute but ONLY if black shoves his own knight into E4. The computer line after that is incredible - black eventually goes 3 pawns up but it's only around -0.3 because white gets control of all sides of the board.
