Magnus trapped the knight in the corner for the win. Parham then apparently asked for a review on 3x repetition of position at some point in the game prior to that.
@@sunilpp11995 i won a IM and he claimed draw after the game. He also touched 1 piece moved and and undid and moved other piece. Then he claimed i should have stopped playing after the draw and keep playing was equal to Impossible move. The result changed from 1-0 to ½-½ then to 0-1. I was The only Brazilian there. After that chess club published in a Brazilian magazine that i Lost because i was nervous, anxious. I only got nervous after changing the result of The game.
@@RR-qf9re it is not that immediately obvious to me. Could get trapped but looks like escape is possible and gaining a pawn. He got his knight trapped anyways maybe this was not as high risk/reward.
The problem is is he forks on g7 magnus is going to defend the f-pawn with the rook and allow him to take the h-pawn then the knight is trapped and if he doesn’t take the h-pawn magnus will move the king toward the knight and it will get trapped…trust Magnus didn’t blunder this he was baiting him to fork the pawns and Maghs knew better
@@RR-qf9re I enjoyed reading your analysis but i cannot see it working. Ok let say Maghs fork the pawns, Magnus defends the f pawn with the rook but in order to trap the knight after it takes the h pawn, Magnus needs to get his rook on f7 square and that is two white moves. So he cannot trap the knight if he defends f pawn. As for the black king he is several moves away from getting in the picture. You are almost certainly right since Magh is a high gm did not do it. but it's not evident to see the trapping in a couple of moves.
@@ericastier1646After fork, Magnus E4, Take H pawn, Rook G6, knight can’t move unless push g pawn, leaving capture f pawn or rook capture, so white king forced to move, black king advances ?
Eating magnus pawn would have opened the attack for the king-rook easily he was doing good but he lost because he went with this night over the board and get trapped he should have repeated position like he was doing in the beginning
... E eu ainda perco sono assistindo isso , é o Xadrez de alto nível como esse ainda consegue me surpreender, ( tem instáveis Variant) ... Eu amo o Calsen e esse tal de Xadrez ... ❤❤❤❤
He should have gambled capturing Magnus g and h Pawns for him to have a chance of winning. Parham played too passive it's like he played to lose in so doing.
Eu nao entendo o que esta acontecendo. Mas pelos comentários o que perdeu estava chorando porque teve que ir embora a pé, pois o outro que ganhou prendeu o cavalo dele.
50:51 horse must go in middle of 2 pawns, he will keep one and game will going by white win. That fat guy, make me angry when he used 2 hand in his head.
@@koford I don't understand parham. He could escape the knight one move earlier. He surely can see two moves in advance ?! I am not even a regular chessplayer. He also missed a fork on the two pawns earlier. I don't get it.
