Hikaru is the only one I give proper respect ot because he's the only one to put Bongcloud at the very top. Magnus literally played the Bongcloud against Hikaru so I see barely any reason to put it below Playable tier.

Hikaru played bongcloud against magnus in a tournament and didnt lose. Any opening I would play against magnus in a tournament would be a loss, so bongcloud is obviously the best.
