It is a deeply personal process, and not something which you could collaborate with others over (since the elements that generated fear wouldn’t likely meaningfully interact with each other (a spooky knife taped to a Knowing Dog does not a Great Work make))

Astrology and Alchemy are interwoven as far back as I’ve researched, including the path of transmutation. *Scorpio and the dwarf planet Pluto are connected to phoenix/evolution/transmutation. 3. While anything magnus coded invites speculation, I don't think archibald cameron is a relevant character. I think he is a plot device so that the story happens rather than anything lore worthy. Having said that, the magnus institute being the (ALBERTUS) magnus institute rather than the (Jonah) Magnus institute is very interesting! It would make a lot more sense in the world of protocol given that alchemy is given so much importance.

I assume it was Jonah Magnus, but yes, I guess they deliberately did not say his name so we aren't sure ;) Plus remember they were long lived because of the powers of the Eye/fears, so who's to tell if Albertus was living longer in another body like in TMA! edit: ok you got to it lol
