hi oliver, hello joey.. you can eat adobo pa din kahit vegetable lang.. adobong kangkong, adobong talong, adobong sitaw and you can add tofu or tokwa and mushroom..

Some who don’t understand vegetarian and they see it as boring but if you realize the reason and truth behind it - the principle is - originally we are Created by God to eat plant based food it’s the ones thayour Creator assigned or designated for Adam and Eve to be as food- Genesis 1:29- flesh eating was only allowed during the time when the flood subsided and there was no vegetation available but during this period the age san of man deteriorated - during the time before the flood the average age of people was almost 900 yrs but now it is so short because of unhealthy food and wrong lifestyle- we are born herbivores because our teeth are pantay unlike the carnivores they have pangs to tear meat but us we are to grind/ masticate - there are more reasons to explain why vegetarianism is advisable…
