ONE year ago - Project Bangkok was the one that showed me about the property with an UNBELIVABLE monthly rent price of only 5,000 THB property to stay (Big thanks to Project Bangkok for making that video and allowing people to know such an amazing option exist.) THIS YEAR 2024 - my one and only wish is to buy properties at Ritz Carlton Residence.

That area is quite cool, many interesting place from hidden entrance arabica % lift which takes you up to stunning views in that building you did the intro from and behind the Carlton ritz is the only cemetery in town and has street food all the office workers go too called cemetery eats 😂

I Stayed just down the street across the MRT Walkway from that place. Watched a band in the court out front. Never got up to the sky bar thanks to the wife...

No need to introduce Jeroen, he's more famous than you Rob! 😜🤣 The price is deserved for that property though eh It's in one of the best parts of Bangkok, with amazing views across the city, it's HUGE, and has all the facilities anyone could wish for. It feels like the sort of place where all you have to do is just ring a bell and someone glides up to you and willing to get you whatever you want. Sadly it's out of my current budget, but who's to say that I won't be able to afford it in the future 😁
