My Great grand father "Mian Deen Muhammad" was wazir maliat in Ranjeet singhs dynasty. Kucha Din Muhammad in Batala , Zilla Gurdaspur still exist.

Zaberdast We used to live in Bhati gate. We have our Aabai Ghar there. Hakeema bazaar was nearby our house. I’ve been living in Manchester for 29 years but I still miss bhati gate house. I have so much good memories. Thank you so much for this video. I’ve really enjoyed it. Bless you Jugun Ji .

Excellent narration and style to recall rich history of Takhte Lahore. Impressive collection of cent percent correct recall of events through verbal history. A must watch "Jugnu Ka Des" - Delicious food and it's recipe makes one food hungry. The contribution of Syed Maratab Ali and his services for public should be the next episode of "WatchNA". Jugnu is an institution in herself, a purist, a gem, and her public service and welfare credentials make her a deserving one to get national honour .

Absolutely loved the narration. I watched a program "Haute" where Aamna Haider said that Ranjit Singh used to arrange mujras in Wazir Shah mosque. Not sure not if at all its true. If a King gave equal respect to all religions why would he do something like this. Would like to know if Ranjit Singh really was that kind of king.

This video seems to be more relevant and interesting once one read Syed Babar Ali's autobiography, Learning from others, as it depicts his mother's pride in her Faqeera family & eventually his pride in his maternal grandparents.. Maam u should have also narrated the story of how Faqir Azizudin dodged Britians as they were keen to know which eye of Maharaja's was blind and he send Britians contemporary portrait of Maharaja with him aimed at something to prey and one eye closed.
