❤️ Hello friends, in our country the food in all the states tastes different, the recipes are different and so are the ingredients. But in each state too the food varies from region to region. For example in Maharashtra the food in Kolhapur is different from the Pune food. The food in Vidharba region is different and so is the food that we get along the coast of Maharashtra i.e popularly known as the malvani cuisine. And to have to this variety of food we either have to travel to these places or visit various restaurants serving these cuisines. But friends we found a restaurant in Mumbai that serves authentic food from the entire state of Maharashtra under one roof, The Maratha Kitchen. They have many versions of the Maharashtrian Thali that come from various parts of the state. The Mutton Thali, The Chicken Thali the Veg Thali and the seafood thali all come in different versions. The kala mutton thali and the gavran chicken thali are my favorites. They also serve some great Malvani Seafood and other dishes that have the real flavour of the coast of Maharashtra. And the desserts are not to be missed because they too are authentically Maharashtrian. We had the narali bhaat ice cream which was truly amazing. The ambience of the restaurant is very relaxing and comfortable. The staff is nice and warm and they serve you with a smile. And a special word here for the young owners and a very sweet couple, Abhishek and Meghna. They make sure that you are well taken care of and you leave the place satisfied and wanting to come back for more. So thanks Abhishek and Meghna for making this lunch truly memorable. Your hardwork and research of 7 years really reflects in your food.
So friends do visit this place and taste the authentic flavours of our great state, Maharashtra. So be it Kolhapuri or Puneri or Malvani or Saoji, vegetarian or non vegetarian, The Maratha Kitchen is the place to visit and taste the delicacies.
