Today, Narges along with Master Ahmad, Reza and Mohammad were building a water feature in the yard. Professor Ahmed carefully and skillfully built the water feature wall and emphasized that they should wait for a day until the wall is solid and then proceed with the work.
In the middle of work, Mahdi, Narges' ex-husband, came to the cottage again. This time, Mehdi brought a loudspeaker. He spoke to Nargis and said, "I have brought this speaker so that the children can sing and have fun." Concerned and skeptical, Nargis accepted the speaker and gave it to Jahan, her son, to play with.
Narges said to Mehdi: "Don't come here too much. I told you to come here twice a week and see your children without any trouble and leave." Mehdi also accepted and saw the children without any problems and left.
Still worried, Narges returned to her workers and they continued their work. Professor Ahmed worked more carefully on the fountain wall, Reza and Mohammad also helped him to make the work go as well as possible.
That day ended with all its challenges and happy moments and worries. At the end of the day, Narges returned to her house and saw that Jahan was singing with the loudspeaker and Jiran was looking at her with a beautiful smile. These small moments of happiness motivated Nargis to work hard for a better future for herself and her children.
