This is so cool to see. One of my favorite fishing memories was catching mahi-mahi from shore at the end of the world in Kona around 1997. At the time a lot of people didn't believe it because it was so shallow. It made the front page of the paper. We were able to go back and catch more several times. . I think our biggest one was 22 lbs. Later we trolled in a boat there and immediately hooked up a nice one. The captain jokingly was embarrassed to be trolling in such shallow water LOL but that faded when we hooked up! It's a good day when you're catching mahi from shore!
