Ingredients:
500 g pork loin (thin sliced)
2 tbsp. oil
3 gloves garlic (minced)
1 small onion (sliced)
100 g yung corn
50 g spring onoins (slice into 2 inch)
Marinade:
1 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oil
Sauce:
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. hoisen sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Cooking Procedures:
1. Slice garlic, onions and spring onions then set aside. Slice the pork loin into strips.
2. In a bowl with pork, add corn starch, soy sauce, black pepper and oil. Mix thoroughly then set aside and marinate in 15 minutes.
3. While marinating pork, in another bowl combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, water and cornstarch then mix well and set aside.
4. Heat wok on medium heat and pour in the oil, saute onion for 30 seconds and garlic until aromatic.
5. Add marinated pork and stir for 3-5 minutes or until cooked.
6. Add young corn and stir for a minute. Add the sauce cover the wok and cook for 3-4 minutes.
7. Add spring onions and stir for 15 seconds, turn off the stove then transfer to a serving bowl.
8. Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
