Yeah, just like my 1980 FJ-40 Land Cuiser; leaf springs, full solid front axle, Warn hubs, no godamn electronic computerized junk and less plastic parts! We don't need a space shuttle, we need a true WWII descendant vehicle!
It looks ok and I would swap the fancy headlights for something with less bling. Also, it would need a hardtop and a good heater for the Canadian colder temperatures. I'd probably remove the rear seats so I could haul more cargo. And would use them only as needed. Perhaps a boast in the power level of the engine would be good. I don't need power windows or a folding windshield. If the price is reasonable it will sell as the Jeep has gone too far in the bling department and has pushed the cost outside of many peoples budgets.
@@naveen2454, they arent here in Brasil no more, crises. I think in Argentina, Mahindra still there, but its worst the economic situacion there, 4, 5 times more dificult. So, i dont no why.
Gervais Fillion if you drive it in highway it will be your worst experience but! It is one of the best off roaders in this price range it can conquer anything
I’m an American that bought a Roxor and my brothers from the other side of the world need to send us parts for Thar. Anyone that can get windshields w/ wipers and hardtops doors etc would make a killing in our market
Lol I’ve driven my mahindra all ver Saint Louis legal and way better fuel mileage than my 6.6 Duramax so bringing parts in will still put money in the mobs pocket and were there is demand comes the market! Fiat Chrysler lost in 1947 according to patent rights so they should take that legal document and stick it up there jeep
@@samdhruv3609 I don't think so. The current Thar is not feasible. Because of NCAP.. However, it is going to be just a matter of time. There are 2 reasons for me to believe so. 1.Mahindra has an assembly line in Michigan. Very advanced. They are also doing design and development there. 2. India is becoming extremely competitive in Auto market and government is becoming stricter by the day. Competitor TATA is getting star ratings in NCAP. Mahindra will have to do so to as well to remain in the market. Another side note. Mahindra recently introduced small trucks in Australia. Sure the next iteration is going to have all safety features covered. It is not going to be such a big deal to put ABS and airbags. The rest is already there. Another interesting fact. The roads in India are becoming wider . 10 years back it was difficult to attain an average of more than 60 Km/hr on a long trip. No need for Airbag or ABS at that slow speed. This is changing rapidly..
Q bueno qe se hacave el monopolio de las grandes, ford mazda jeep, audy, toyota etc...... Pensar en la jente del comun libre comercio en colombia te esperamos
Nyc car but bs6 modal isse bilkul alag h pr villagers ko thar ka ye look jyada psanad hai bs6 facelift change hone ke bad bhi is look ko achanak band nhi krna chahiye. Ye modal bhi bs6 option me mil jata to bahut badiya rhta
It should have some basic updated features like power window. Key less Fuel lid, adjustable mirrors. Etc. Plz don't give me any negative comments. I know you, what u want to say..plz
Looks stunning but honestly for that price tag with no features, it earns a 'no' from many ppl!!! Wish n Hope atleast in future MM considers n try to update required features without much change in price tag
The mob is still gonna get their cut and it’s all about money so parts will come because of the demand now. Besides why the fuss I’ve been driving my mahindra on the road daily in St. Louis running around from 33 to 50 mpg and saving fuel keeping the duramax parked
