On February 16th, my Thar was involved in an accident in Goa when it was parked on the side of a road. Although it was badly damaged, it saved the lives of a young couple that arrived in Goa to celebrate their wedding anniversary. While I'm grateful for its safety features, I'm disheartened by the lengthy repair time at the Mahindra Body Shop in Verna, Goa. The delivery after the repairs is slated for 31st of March, significantly impacting my ability to work and fulfill my dreams of off-road adventures. As someone who relies on my Thar for hilly terrain and off-road conditions, timely repairs are crucial. I urge the team at Mahindra and Mahindra to address this issue promptly. Your timely supply of spares can make a world of difference to loyal customers like me. Thats not true, I own a Thar automatic March 2023 model, completed 35000 kms, i do my fuel log until to date its mileage is 10.4 kms average both highway and city together. If you keep you Thar in steady speed you can get better mileage. My trips are 90% with my family (4 members) and their luggage. So depending on your driving the mileage can vary... but 7 is too low even in bumper to bumper traffic I was getting 8.5 kms/l
@@jeyakumar130 Comparing to a normal car /Jeep, Petrol Thar has low mileage but again It can depend on your usage, my usage on avg monthly is around 3000 kms but I was prepared while purchasing my petrol Thar RWD that it would consume more fuel than normal. Happily paying a little more for what I like to drive. Its your passion that makes Thar practical car.
