@@LuigiTheMetal64 Men with higher voices tend to have smaller Adam's Apples. Women with deeper voices tend to have larger ones. It literally just depends on the size of the larynx.
They do look very similar, especially since the anime is adapting from Nekotofu's almost chibi-like artstyle, but Yuuta's hair is noticeably fluffier than Minato's and he's a little taller, too.
@@SnuffyFTW 65 and 66 are the culture festival at their school. Their class decides to run a maid cafe as their attraction, and to make it interesting they vote that everyone, girls and boys, will be maids.
It's understandable since society at large has a problem with Gender identity. Then there's anime that have an entire genre of Gender bending which would make the normal watcher feel uncomfortable. I hope that in the future it becomes more accepted.

They're in first year middle school right now, and even the manga hasn't gotten as far as third year middle school yet, never mind high school. Not sure how you can predict it.
Hopefully if it does they tone down the lewdness since a decent amount of that was added in for the anime adaptation. I have no problem with lewdness, I read actual ecchi series as well, but it just didn't fit Onimai, especially since the anime actually avoided the occasional lewd jokes that were in the manga.

Yeah, I think potential confusion with Minato is partly why they changed Mahiro's hair to be more of a creamy pink in the anime than silver like in the manga.
@@desirefabela6421 The only time we've seen the mangaka draw male Mahiro with his eyes showing in the actual manga was a photograph of when he was in middle school the first time, and he had the same eyes he does now. There are a couple other illustrations out there of him drawn with eyes, but I don't know for sure if Nekotofu drew those or whether it was anime production team or what.

Lost Quest. It's Dragon Quest, but it's not like a self-published web manga (which Onimai started out as) had the license to actually use Dragon Quest.
He's 20 here and Mihari is 17. A lot of the time he'll behave older or younger than he really is. Probably a mix of the character being a shut-in with no social contact and the mangaka, Nekotofu, writing in what he likes; Mahiro seems to have a good collection of retro games that would have been from before he himself was born, but we see he also plays brand new stuff.
@@BloodrealmX there's that scene where they are in the same school (which unless the age gap is minor to 3 years is impossible in japan) so I think the author is more worried abt dumping his piss fetish in the manga than writing
