Mahler - Symphony No. 2 'Resurrection' (WarsawPhilh Ensembles, Boreyko, Freszel, Gubisch) 

Certainly my favorite symphony, and what a great performance. I shall definitely listen more from this orchestra. It would be a dream to listen to this piece in live concert, beyond human.

以前見たJacek Kaspszykの演奏は屈指の名演と思っていたが、この演奏も本当に素晴らしい！！

About 30 seconds too early for the choir to start standing there (before the bass line of Mit Flügeln)...but other than that...a flawless performance... This is coming from someone who has conducted this great piece of music in the US on 50 different occasions and only had trouble with the choirs attempting to telegraph their entrance way too early... It was like 5 rehearsals tops for the orchestra itself (including the off stage ensemble)... I solved the telegraphing chorus problem after I threatened bodily harm on the first idiot choir director...TWICE... I highlighted where they should start standing in each section and the only trouble with that was how many of them were color blind... 52 rehearsals later I had the choir ready for performance... After that one full run rehearsal...I was just in awe...and so were the 15 fellow music critics I invited in to see how well they did... Not one thought that I had this total faith in the music of Gustav Mahler...and this was for a fundraiser to build a school for the performing arts on the campus of my old high school... The invites to the critics came exactly three months after I panned a Jessye Norman performance of Carmen by stating "Casting Jessye Norman as Carmen is like casting Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Sugar Plum Fairy..." and that was the kindest line I used in the entire review... I was expected to be ripped a new one...but that backfired... Not one negative review...and this added another 25 performances to the fundraiser schedule...under my baton... Still...not bad for a critic who got the nickname Razzilla stuck to him...

What a beautiful and great performance. Great conductor, with perfect control over the orchestra, and propperly dressed with night suit (not wearing those horrible black pijamas some conductors actually use)
