Hi guys! I love your video. I was thinking about to an excursion but now I think will be better to stay there. Do we have to pay to enjoy that beach, like an excursion? Or it’s free?
Thank you we'll be at mahogany bay Thursday, trip Craig booked just last Thursday. We appreciate your guide as that's our plan now. Any other tips? I had 2 hrs to pack and forgot the snorkel gear. Should we rent it?
First of all, have fun! It depends on how much you like to snorkel. It wasn’t that great, but it was OK. Don’t bother paying for the magic chairlift ride to the beach (unless you like chairlifts). You can walk in half the time. It’s less than half a mile. What other ports are you going to? We have videos of almost all of the ports in the Caribbean.
We didn't take the magic chair lift but walked as you suggested. The beach and loungers at mahogany bay was our favorite port compared to Costa Maya or Cozumel.
Looks lovely though mostly built zone, i go roatan feb, hope not same; i like see some natural history area, so maybe this area as you said a created ship area.
It takes about 15 minutes to get from the ship to the beach if you don’t make any stops. It took us about 20 minutes because we walked past the shops and we stopped and took pictures. It’s less than half a mile. Thank you for your comments and thank you for subscribing to our channel.
