You need to pick the seeds from the vegetables and dry them Mai. Once they are dry then you can sow the seeds, once they reach certain height then you transplant them. When they grow to get more from them you cut it at certain height and let it spring so you get vegetables from it couple of times until they become hard you now have to pull them up and plant new once. In Jamaica this vegetable is called callaloo, some have the colour of pure green and others have the reddish colour you have back in Vietnamese. ❤❤❤❤
