I'm doing a maiden review on this FMS Edge 540. It is a fun flying plane and is very capable even in low rates at 50% throw. It may handle 3s 1000 pack..cost is 7 to 8 bucks at hk...possibly will need a better esc..but most 800mm fms planes are awesome once dialed in.

Got one, put a specktrum reciever in it. Set my lows at 55 with a 30 expo, waiting for a non windy day to maiden.

I'm 2 years in fpv now, I'm interested to learn LOS flying. what came in the box? What rx it comes with especially if radio is not included? Thanks.

It came as a PNP version. I installed a RadioMaster R86 receiver in it and use a RadioMaster TX16S. It's a very fun 3d plane and handles really well out of the box. Requires a 1350 mah 2S battery. @@jeffclassics I haven't seen it on the sim, but just run in low-medium rates for a couple flights and get the feel for her. I run 55 low, 75 medium, and 90 high rates. Definitely a smooth flyer in low rates. Happy Flying!

It's definitely a challenge but I love a challenge. I need to save up and get the right size battery for it, then we can really see how it's going to do.

Thanks bro. I definitely need to get the recommended battery for it, so I can fly longer. Plus it will add more nose weight than those little 650mah batteries. Happy flying.
