Chelsea's future talent and Japanese footballer Maika Hamno is on loan at Swedish club Hammarby this season. Aftonbladet made an interview with Hamano on the 27th of March 2023 (2 months after she arrived in Sweden).

Absolutely fantastic player who has helped Hammarby to take the next step during this season. But above all, a player who spreads a lot of joy among the team and the fans as well. Hammarby supporters have fallen in love with a loaned player, but it's hard not to like Maika both as a player & person. She will be much missed here in Sweden when she leaves for Chelsea. This interview is from March when she had been in Sweden for 3 months. Her English has already improved a lot! Today she can communicate, even if it's not fluent yet. She's learning English here in Sweden. 😃
