Hi John, Nice video. Cool shop card. I'll have to check out his channel. That Ducati kit looks amazing. I'll be looking forward to seeing more. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Jeff
I remember when the Ninjas were the old hotness, and the Gsxr's were just out becoming the new hotness. Lotta fun twisting those wicks. Byron Hines did the tweak of putting the 1100 engine in a 750 frame and wowzers was it a fun ride. Ducati saw what was being done here in the States and started ramping up their superbike game. This is the eventual evolution of those early days. Smooth rides back then, with a bit chunky shifting, but great dampers and design. You kinda had the feeling they were destined for this kind of greatness. Part of my fun driving trucks to the bottom on Friday and Saturdays is seeing these "Super" class bikes and cars go zipping by. Gets kinda fun to see 10 or 20 million worth of vehicles per hour, and knowing one good sneeze and road wobble and I'd squish them like the bugs on my windshield, LoL. Seriously beautiful craftsmanship in the designs and manufacturing. Yeah I tend to roll my window down to hear them coming and going. Most of them are pretty responsible on the road and we all get to enjoy them bopping around. Looking great so far, can't wait to see you go through the build. 👍☕🐢
That would be cool! Yeah get to see it all from the perch there Locha. Fun until they try to cut in front of you or breakcheck trucks. Idiots don't understand momentum! Thanks for looking, take care
Having seen the world upside down from my transient trip across the roof of a VW Beetle in '78, I dont have a great interest in 'bikes these days....... but this looks interesting and I could listen to you all evening anyway! Nice engine.....
Thank you buddy, I appreciate that! Sorry to hear about that, yeah riding bikes is dangerous in that any collision is likely to harm ya. I only rode one briefly in high school. These kits are new to me and excellent mojo builds. Cheers!
