Yes, depth is needed on the D line, but I more optimistic than most with how the D line with Billings, Dexter, Walker and Sweat will do as long as they remain healthy. This line was really putting on the pressure at the end of last season, and the Bears have top tier talent in the secondary and linebacker positions. I think we will see more of what they dished out with Detroit last year - 6 sacks, 6 INTs.

D-line is fine! Randolph will be a beast at nose tackle just needs an opportunity and subs well with billings, enabling Pickens to sub in for Dex at his natural position more often than what they did last year. Totally understand why they did it for experience and stamina last year but we have much better flexibility and youth this year. Don't sleep on this d-line, they see the disrespect given and it's all just unproven next to Montezuma, but they're all hungry and facing solid o lineman in practice. Arrow is pointing 👆 plus Washington is an awesome coach for lineman especially. 🐻 👇

Randolph had an injury last season or he would’ve been drafted… he be a really good depth player behind billings

We got the quarterback but we lost the haul, need an above average rookie response from Williams and Poles to fill the holes…Conner Williams would be a great addition particularly given Davis’s inconsistencies but we can’t count on it

Tyrique has jaylon whereas Johnson hasn't had much help until last year also, they all work together. They had to throw at one of em and they're all beasts now 😂

Bears gotta win for players to make pro bowl, tyrique or anyone who performs at a high level won't get recognized without wins. Remember roquan? Bears have 5 pro bowlers on defense alone if they get 10 wins this year I guarantee it. Montez, Johnson, Tyrique, Brisker, and Byard. Gordon maybe as well

You do realize the state of the D line that Poles inherited from that idiot Ryan Pace. Sorely lacking talent and bad contracts were killing the Bears, Poles had to rebuild the D line from scratch. Oh yeah, also the secondary and linebackers with a limited number of draft picks. The entire team needed a rebuild, and the D line will eventually get there also. I don't think there is a GM in the league that could have restocked talent on this team as Poles has done.
