Info about them:
Applejack lost her Parents at a very young age. Due to the fact that she watched her parents die and was attacked by timber wolves herself, she has problems with showing emotions and letting ponies get close to her. The only one she let in besides her family is Rainbow Dash, her future Wife.
The only thing AJ has left from her parents is her father's hat.
As she gets's older, Rainbow helps her to figure out how to trust ponies again, and she slowly opens up. Nowadays, AJ and RD are married and have three kids. Their youngest Called Sugar cube wears her Mother's Hat.
Rarity is half Unicorn, half Crystal Pony. Sadly, outside the Crystal empire, Crystal Ponies health gets horrible when they get older. Twilight tries everything she can to help Her wife, but she also notices that Rarity is getting weaker from day to day. Not too long ago, she even lost her eyesight. Rarity had to end her career pretty soon due to her conditions. Twilight hopes that Cadence will find a medicine against that so called "Crystal-de-lope" disease.
