In this video I show the method I used to remove and replace the main circuit breaker from a 40 amp to a 50 amp on my 2003 Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic motorcycle. The removal and replacement of the circuit breaker, which is located under the driver’s seat and just forward of the battery, is a simple process with no special tooling required. Do note that I removed the battery beforehand for safety and ease of accessibility.
