My black arm has broken off any ideas ? Also a leak from black arm at right side of boiler ?

I’ve done this before but last time it was serviced the black arm that turns must have been broken. Can I get a new one ? And also at the other end of boiler I turned a black arm again and it’s got a slight leak. Any ideas please ?

Hello. I have the Main Eco lite but at the bottom it's got like 4 of those valves (3 at the top and 1 at the bottom) and they are all black. Please help. 🥺

The video could be a lot better. I have the same model but the location of the valves is different so unfortunately I have no idea from your video which to turn. No use to me, sadly.
