How to catch Big Native Maine Brook Trout, on Chamberlain Lake, of the Allagash Wilderness Waterway, in the North Maine Woods. It is common to catch native brook trout in Chamberlain up to 18" with some even exceeding 20"s. This all native fishery is also known for its great lake trout, aka Togue and Whitefish Fishing.

@@FBMMaineOutdoorJournal you know it! Only thing im not liking so far this year is the lack of rain/snow melt. The streams and brooks are really low for this time of year, way below normal. We need some rain.

Beautiful fish , I enjoyed your video very much. I have a few weeping willows but have not used them very much. Mine have a brass back Instead of copper or nickel/silver. Have you tried the different ones and see any difference?

I found any variation of the red and white stands out above the other. The deep dive version dosnt seem to work so well. I think the added weight changes the action. Another great standout that is no longer made is the golden shiner pattern Krockodile.
