Its gonna be fun no matter the weather and dust. Camp food and fireside chats are the best. Be safe, wear at least one piece of orange....bear, coyote, and moose hunters are also out their having fun.
Great video! I am thinking moderate. It won’t be a grand slam year but certainly better than last year. I say moderate because I think it will take a bit for the population to rebound from the high mortality rate of the 2023 hatch.
I agree. I’m a logger in the NMW by trade and in the last month I’ve had days where I’ve seen zero birds and other days where I’ve seen 8-10 birds. It will be better than last fall for sure but definitely not a banner season. Maybe in another year or two.
Thanks for the video . Great info. we are going to the NMW for two weeks this season. Going through the ashland gate and heading way west. This will be our 33 season bird hunting in NMW.
Looking forward to being there. Never been to the Northeast, or East, but I will be driving out there this fall from the Desert Southwest so I'm familiar with dust.
@@BreckTaxi will be a great time! If you are up around Ashland gate, you may see us out filming. Stop by and say hi! Should have the burrito truck sticker on the back window by then
