If you are in the market for something lower priced, visit www.mooersrealty.com for other listings. And consider land, building but be prepared for material cost increases and delays with the building, plumber, electrician etc because they are book way way out due to the demand to get to Maine. 😀

Any other State, it would be priced at $750-1.5 mil today based on a 2021 $350k sales price. Inflation is killing America. At 100k price increase; they are simply breaking even or taking a loss if there were upgrades, since 2021. (prior 18 yrs in real estate and mortgage banker in so cali, florida & michigan)

Wow, very nice. My wife and I were up at Presque Isle Monday thru Wednesday, nice area, amazed at how clean the roads were. Will retire in Maine in 3 yrs, have to decide where, siding with the Lakeville area, more water than what we saw in Presque Isle. Ate diner at Governor’s restaurant,nice people.

You could list this for $50 and somebody would say it's overpriced I literally just saw a waterfront camp that needed a complete overhaul on a quarter acre in Lincoln for 400k and 100 acres with a five-bedroom house just in a different County the value you can get in Maine is still better than anywhere else in the country

$400k is way out of reach for me but I watched to the end because the house has a story to tell and I was hoping you’d get to it. Oh well. It looks like it was never lived in or even finished, so not exactly move-in condition.

No one living here. No owner who is not sure where they are going. No tenant in possession that won't move without legal action and tear gas. Quick occupancy means no waiting around if you are ready and don't want to move twice or be delayed.

@@peechford3796 there are TurnKey properties in Maine, for 75,000. Not as much square footage but close. Andy has advertised plenty of them. I follow the channel religiously. I have been planning on moving back to Maine for the past 3 years
