My grandparents were true Native Mainers. As I am.....I will find a way to return now that I am officially RETIRED. Gotta leave Malibu, California and all this TRAFFIC. CELEBRITY. CRIME ON THESE BEACHES. recently murders and rapes right on the beach nearby. Santa Monica is WORSE. Google it. Just terrible what's happening here. Traffic deaths every day, high speed chases. Cops on alert every second. Then you have Kardashians, Kevin Hart, Ryan Reynolds and more just into MONEY $$ AND FAME. Always selling something. They just want MORE. It's ugly and disgusting to be so close to it. 31 years in film industry. I could write a book but, I'd be sued in one week. DIRTY STORIES, UGLINESS of it everywhere. @@jameskostaras4778 True.. over the 45 years I have listed, sold and gone through lots of markets, waterfront steadily increases. There is never enough of it and folks want to be parked to the waterfront! Maine is a lot cheaper than most places and lakes way way cleaner.
Looks like about a hundred grand into it would make it a nice year to round camp! Insulation , new appliances, flooring and some modernization with the outside and bedrooms! Nice area, right on the water!!
Wholly smokes Andy, thats a nice spot. That cabin is just the perfect size. Needs a little change. Windows, flooring, insulation, big deck out front. Alas, its about 90,000 too much for my budget. Id live there year round!

In the listing for electric it says "fuses". Is there electricity to this property? Also that the water is drawn from lake. If building on this land is there issues drawing more water to accommodate a larger house?
Power available...have to call utility for meter socket..for juice. Water from lake..yes. Unlimited lake supply but many drill well for year round homes....😊

My biggest criticism of your videos is that you don't include the price in the videos. For those of us who watch RU-vid on TV, we don't see comments on the TV.
On your remote, click the up arrow, click it again. The title of the video should change white. Click the "ok" button on your remote. The description and comments should show on the right. Press the down arrow on your remote. Then the "ok" button to select what you want to look at. You cant add comments from your tv but you can like the other comments. If your watcging on your tv how did you make this comment?

Only one of at least 4 Pleasant Lakes in Maine. LOL At least it's a stand alone camp and not one of those city slicker owned time shares that went up all over Island Falls a couple of decades ago.
