England have been absolutely terrible even against Holland. The luck we have had seems like God has finally got involved with match fixing which means Gareth has-been blessed so far. Kane starting will cost us because attack needs to be our first line of defence which has not been the case in most teams so Kane starting will be the last mistake Gareth will make before he is asked to go.
