Mainstays 175watt Mercury Vapor Area Light 

I never knew Walmart made these under Mainstays brand, I thought they were all Brinks brand. Clear MV it came with which looks a lot like a well used high pressure sodium bulb on startup or a cycling HPS, but never shifts to orange. Some metal halide bulbs also have the clear mercury color on startup, as they age metal halide bulbs sometimes just stay the greenish mercury color.

hello i saw this that street light related i sub to you I also own a Nema head that high pressure sodium

Since I see the ballast looking so tiny in that fixture, I think it looks cheaply made and probably has a tendency to underdrive its intended lamps.
