Omg Liz your advice really works I boughthe youth and earth NMN and wow I noticed an instant improvement in my whole body and mind. I feel like your my secret weapon to look and feel younger I literally well try and test any your recommendations.i mean anybody that can reinvent cold cream cleanser made from nature is a Saint in my eyes!

I’ve tried NMN for about a year and not noticed any difference. Really love the sound of Strong Nutrients and would love to try them all but sooooo expensive. I’ve purchased Creatine for now......why are most of the products out of reach considering you’d need to keep them going in order to see the benefits ;(.

'Plenish' milks only contain 3 ingredients, no oils

It does seem as though, so many of the things recommended for one's wellness involves buying lots and lots of expensive supplements, oils, cosmetics, gadgets etc. But I suppose it's to be expected. Not much money in touting sunshine and walks.

What about those of us allergic to casein, shellfish, nuts and gluten? Developed all these allergies since starting perimenopause... do the capsules etc have casein? best foods?
