So versatile and cost per wear is amazing when you use it as a daily driver. leather gets better over time/unique to yourself. Timeless sneakers. Have a couple of pairs I still wear since 2014 and looks so good still and I haven't cleaned them not once. Been through special occasions, traveling to dusty farms lol
I've had them on my wishlist for almost a year now, and this video is what made me decide to finally pull the trigger. Very nice video btw, this level of script, production and audio are what I'd expect from a youtuber with 50k subs at the very least.
if i remember they don’t produce these in half sizes - you can either go down to size 9 and wear them without insoles, or go up to size 10 and hope that works well enough for you
Please let me know how you keeping your paint splatter clean as I have the same pair, suede eraser do nothing to these bae and they're nubuck-ish kinda material (I wished they're full-grain leather tho, easier maintain)
@@placeholder3863 do you called a painting with paint spray on it dirty? because it's definitely not. The shoes was paint splatter, not distressed nor vintage treated, hence why I was asking for cleaning options.
my plain gats are arriving in a couple days and was wondering if you had any suggestions for how to take care of/clean them if they do get dirty? They'll be my daily driver but obviously I wouldn't beat them up in shitty/raining weather. Thank you! Keep up the great work
I know I’m one year late but you have to be the most underrated reviewer ever. I really appreciate and enjoy your work. I recommended your channel to some of my friends, you should really grab some fame!
The Replicas are my most versatile and comfortable shoes, which explains why they're also my most frequently worn shoes. My first pair of GATs, I must've worn them every day, and this was in NYC so they took a real beating. Still lasted me a good 6-7 years. In retrospect, I do wish that I took better care and babied them a little more, seeing how they're $500 shoes!
true to size being the size i most commonly wear in shoes, and believing the sizing to be accurate. based on what you are saying it sounds like you should go for a 42.
Same for all GATs silhouette (Adidas Samba, Adidas/Novesta GAT, Bermuda) in general, they are quite narrow. I went 10.5 for the Margiela GATs and couldn't be happier. I'm a 10.5 in Nike as well
