If you are here with me since the beginning, you know that I bought these tabi boots in the middle of the pandemic. Yep, you heard me right, instead of saving money during a pandemic, I spent almost a thousand dollars for these shoes. Now after a year of having them, I finally have the final answer of if it’s worth it to get these. So in today’s video, I will be giving you guys a full on review of these boots such as the material, sizing, etc…

You’ll see when going outside that the heel pads quality is really bad and has to be changed really fast (and also the soles runs out fast too)

I have heard that this problem occurs with a lot of designer shoes, including my Gucci’s. I agree with you. And thank you for giving me a heads up. Now I need to find some kind of sole protectors for these 😰

I love how much you goto into detail about the tabi boots and as a lover of mason margiela myself, I cannot wait to oneday be able to have a pair of my own.They look good with literally everything and add so much to a outfit.

The hook situation is annoying but I just fold the top of my sock over the boot; problem solved since my trousers always cover the top :)

i think the reason is because you got them in lambskin leather. In calfskin leather they are much prettier too💖

okay i love the tabi boots but how do the toes fit considering the slit??

true to size! They are a little bit weird to walk around at first but it took me literally a minute to get used to it. I suggest you to get tabi socks to wear with the shoes, it feels less weird!!

I have worn mine less than 10 times. the sole originally in black and now some beige were showing along the scratches 😐😐😐 need to get them fix before continue to wear. Do u mind sharing what to be done if you have already send them for repairing?.(also my hook.keep falling off as well 🤣🤣🤣 no worries i got your back we all have the same issue)

Can you please tell me how the heel is holding up? I visited the Ny store and most of the heel on the blk vintage boots were dinged up from folks trying them on I guess. So now I’m looking at the one with the natural wood heel in brown but want the black cuz it does go with everything

I think it would drive me insane if the hooks kept coming out! Debating whether or not to return the pair I purchased recently because I noticed it wouldn't stay closed just trying them on!

Unfortunately I had to sell mine, they could never stay fastened for me, they always came immediately undone. My legs are too skinny, they would only stay on if I stuffed them.

so I have a sad tabi boot story (lol I'm drama)... I had a collection of tabis I had to sell years ago when I was broke as hell and had to pay rent ugh! I never purchased another pair again bc I have PTSD now that I'm going to have to sell everything again and they remind me of that but I really want a pair! 😂
