Bro, when youre thinking about losing weight, dont worry about eating less or changing your diet, understand that fat and weight are completely different things, changing your diet will allow you to lose ONLY fat, however by just going to the gym and exercising, you will lose WEIGHT which means you lose calories, you can do this by simply doing endurance exercises which is low weights, high reps which is quite easy, all you need is the WILL POWER to go to the gym, you need this mindset or you wont be able to get anywhere. In my humble opinion, gaining weight is harder than losing weight, to gain weight you have to change your diet and eat more which can be difficult if youre not use to eating more, your body has to adapt, but with losing weight all you have to do is GO to the gym and do endurance exercises! Listen to this, if youre doing endurance weight lifting, you lose CALORIES in ALL parts of your body, you don't lose calories in only one part of your body, that makes absolutely no sense. GO TO THE GYM DO ENDURANCE EXERCISES, GET THIS MINDSET, THIS IS THE ONLY EASY WAY
