Majah Hype Explains What's His Hardest Accent to Do + Favorite Character 

Majah you need to go to Hollywood to teach those actors to get the Caribbean accent right. Hate when they mess it up.

The most significant thing I heard him say in this interview, is when he said: "It's a blessing, especially for the Caribbean community". Yes, I grew up laughing at Murphy along with the brothers, and sisters that came before him. For years, (at least for my family), Caribbean folks have only had ourselves to laugh at each other! So to finally have a brother come along, and be this talented, and to finally be able to listen to someone other than ourselves to laugh, and to HEAL with laughter, it is truly a blessing.

Probably the most talented accent impressionist I've ever seen. To be able to do so many and sound so authentic is out-friggin-rageous! If you're not from the Caribbean or super familiar with the people you won't get it.

He is absolutely correct about Bajans. Our accent stands alone from all other Caribbean islands. Even though he does a fairly good Bajan accent, we Bajans know that it's not spot on. Some of his word inflections tend to veer off into other accents. He is very talented though. Hope to see him make it really big.
