Just came back from this resort. Best customer service, wonderful people. Delicious food. Also Bettina is one of the best waitresses. She never said no.100/100
I'm going here in June, cant decide if I want to switch my room to the two floor plunge or keep my outdoor jacuzzi. How was the plunge pool? Was it well lit at night?
We are going in June as well. We booked the Jacuzzi suite because the plunge pool temp depends on how warm it is . So I figured at night we can still use the Jacuzzi and make it warmer if we want to.
There is sufficient lighting at night time. This decision really depends on your preferred experience. As the plunge pool suites are on the higher levels, the views are typically better. For us, this is the preferred option. Either way, you can't really go wrong. It's all about the vibe you prefer and what you make out of the experience. Enjoy your trip and thanks for watching!
The quality of your content guys!! Amazing!!! Instant subscriber here lol. I’m planning my honeymoon for July and was wondering which resort you liked better ? Majestic elegance or TRS Coral? My fiancé is a beach guy, which beach would you say is swimmable? We’re also looking at the TRS Yucatán. A
Thanks for tuning in and subscribing!! While both resorts were nice, we preferred the food, service, and overall experience more at TRS Coral. Both resorts had great beaches that were swimmable, at least during our visit. At certain times of the year seaweed is worse than others so that's something to keep in mind when considering your travel.
@@TheWilsonWay thank you for responding. We decided to book TRS Yucatán which will still allow us access to the other resorts and beaches within the complex
As we recall they did have options suitable for vegans. However, for this question we would recommend reaching out to the resort directly. Thanks for watching!
Great video! Some friends and I are going there this July. Which restaurant did y’all go to for the grilled lobster and what were your favorite restaurants there?
Mar House restaurant turns into a surf & turf spot for dinner. We enjoyed the dinner at this location the most. As with any all-inclusive resort, we’d recommend trying all the restaurants if you can, to maximize your experience.
Nor for lunch. Dinner does require a reservation. It's recommend you make reservations at some point the first day you arrive. If you have a butler suite, this is something they should do for you.
Going here at the end of July! Thanks for all of the comments and information below guys! Any other suggestions for Restaurants and places to go for honeymooners?
During our stay at Majestic we didn't venture outside of the resort. At the resort we always suggest trying out all the restaurants if possible. The spa would be a great experience. We also recommend letting the resort know you're celebrating your honeymoon. Most resorts often will do something something special for you.
@@TheWilsonWay thank you so much!!!!! We plan on staying inside the resort just wondering what kind of restaurants are open and good. I’m assuming that the restaurants will all be open by July. Just not sure about any Covid restrictions
The restaurants we have in the video are the ones we experienced. However to your point, there were some that weren't open for whatever reason. We recommend checking in advance to see what will be open upon your arrival, and definitely recommend making reservations when you arrive to ensure you can experience everything that is available. Hopefully as you mentioned things will be fully operational by the time you visit. Best wishes and hope you enjoy your trip!
The cost of spa treatments vary depending on the service. We recommend checking the website for the latest pricing! www.majestic-resorts.com/spa Have fun!
Two questions because this resort won’t answer the phone: 1) Is alcoholic drinks included? Because I’ve only seen wine and non-alcoholic drinks are included. 2) Is the Italian restaurant available to all guests or just their Elegance Club members?
So I'm trying to find a really nice resort to go to for my birthday. Do you recommend this? How was the food, the room quality, customer service, property in a whole?
Overall, this is a recommended resort and definitely one in which you would enjoy your birthday trip. The better question is are you considering other resorts as well? Every resort will provide a different experience and that is what you should consider when you book your trip.
Majestic Elegance has some great rooms with beautiful views to the ocean. Elegance Club Plunge Pool Ocen View and Ocean Front. They also have an amazing spa. The prices here aren't that bad for what you get. TRS Coral is a luxury adults only all-inclusive. The resort has an upscale / modern look and feel. The rooms and grounds and well maintained and pool /ocean vibes are on point. TRS Coral is indeed a 4/5 star resort. In addition the food was better here than Majestic Elegance in our opinion.
@@pg_826 We stayed at 3 different resorts in MX during this time. This specific resort didn't offer excursions. However, local excursions are available to book. Check with the resort, or online for details.
Technically, you are paying for everything up front so when you arrive, food & beverages are included in your stay. The price you pay is primarily based on your room selection.
Depending on where you book your vacation you can often find offers for shuttle / taxi services as well to book at the same time. Try Expedia, Booking.com, and Priceline.com.
@@TheWilsonWay thanks for your reply- I was thinking if it rained there isn’t anything to do up there Vs the covered balcony with hottub but thanks so much
@@TheWilsonWay I was gonna get the swim up with private pool and the covered balcony where if it rains a we can still be in the hot tub but this looks so amazing
