@@brendenridenhour6366 The game (and the sequels) are the absolute pinnacle of VNs and bloody brilliant. The anime, as much fun as it was at times, really butchers a lot of stuff about the character interactions, as well as turning it into a harem when that's not what the game was about at all. So get the game (it's not legally distributed in the west sadly, so don't feel bad about getting it however you have to) and play it; you won't regret the experience.

it's kind of surprising that there isn't an actual harem ending with the 5 main girls, the most you get is momoyo + miyako ending. also kinda sad that after S, they don't get any more stories. real shame, they were really enjoyable and the most fun characters.

I know this is late but they only make an anime out of the VN because they want to promote the VN without spoiling much about the routes
