not discrediting black chiney at all but I heard Chinese assasins in 2000/2001with that mixing style way before black chiney, I rate the influences and what major lazer do with it though, personally i'd love to work with them.

nah I wouldn't let that go down like that, my ability at producing beats is at the worst formidable plus I'd probably at the least help arrange it too if I had that chance to collaborate with them and if I did decide to rap or sing on it i'd let them man do their ting with the vocals, at the end of the day it would be more about fusing styles/clashing styles and either way if I didn't like what they did with it i'd just have my own mix of it... even if it just means it has to be an exclusive dubplate in my selection as I am also a DJ.
