The actual reason behind why Poco x3 pro failed to impress us for a long time 😞 The company just wanted to make profit for their first and flash sale. For company growth they just played with each and every youth, imagine many of the youths who bought the dream budget device who can't effort high end devices with an high budget but Poco x3 pro comes with many features with low budget ,so youths attract and their choices was this kind of devices & even they don't know they're going to be caught in the company's trap. After the Motherboard issue 90% youths have failed to get repaired from the server centre within a warranty , if you want to repair then have to be paid, it's also the company's plan. 😢
Just buy global devices - which sell everywhere - those phones will always have aftermarket parts available. Don't buy India exclusive or 3rd World Phone models. Irrespective of which brand it is

Due to these kinda reasons i havent upgraded my smartphone, Using galaxy note 9 since launch, last year i bought a iphone 12 mini just for ios usage, i use both phones and note 9 still gives more battery bakcup than mini but the quality of apple device remains the same as new hardware and software both, this is why people are buying more iphones increasing their budget and waiting for e commerce deals, they know seamless experience will only be achieved by apple devices these days. But apple devices have some problems but not much as android smartphone makers which have issues like motherboard defect battery defect etc. This is vary on user to user as what i have felt over the years using samsung flagships only till 2019 when i bought s10 plus, but after i just stopped buying smartphone every year or 6 months.

I have redmi 10 prime which recently get an update about March patch updates and after updating my phone it started to have some issues but not major so I had completely ignored them but after sometime their started a issue my sim doesn't receive any signal for a while I thought it was some network error but even it's not fixing so I changed my sim at service centre but the problem remains same there's no signal at the end for a week and then we went to the MI service centre. At that point they advised me to change the phone after doing something in it .
The best way to get a durable phone is buy a phone which has been released atleast 6months from the date you buy. Coz then you can get an idea of problems people are facing with that particular handset. Never buy a newly launched phone even if the company has good past record. Just wait and then buy.

Customer support is very important to check ✔ ✅ before buying product of a particular brand. One Example of a good customer support brand is Samsung but you have to pay some extra bugs for that. Hope this review helped.
I have a Poco x3 in which the front camera and sound are not working I visited near mi customer service they told me it was a motherboard issue and it cost up to 6000 rupees to replace it. there are many Poco x3 users having the same issue company should take this matter seriously and exchange the device or repair it.
I was bought Poco x3 pro, that was rebooting randomly, not dead But still they gave me replacement Poco x4 pro, I used x3 pro for 1 year and 4 month so getting replacement was no issue for me. Got 5G phone with better screen, Charging speed, Camera just processors downgraded.
i was confused bw narzo 50 pro and iqoo z7 then i hot to know that realme ui had a lot of issues with its new update so i went with funtouch os which was 2000 rs extra so i guess spending 1000-2000 for a better software experience is worth it
Mere realme x7 pro me bhi after update green line aa gai. Aur ab pink line aa gai. Customer care walon se baat ki wo bol rhe 1 year warranty extended ki gai hai. Par phone already 2.3 year old ho chuka hai. Ab kya kare😢

No bro I am also use narzo 50 but after Android 12 and security update realme downgrade it's processor capacity by software and because that my phone is also start to lag in fact when I am buy thise phone it support ultra automatic in ff but now I am delete and download ff max then it only support standard and when I am increase there fps to 60 then it's started to lag it's very bad experience for me

Bought poco x4 pro in 2022 July and so far in 2024 may the only issue i have faced is that when i use different themes other than the default one the systen crahses every hour I think i got lucky with my phone
