Sounds like you're doing it the right way my friend. I've started an online brain training course (re-origin) for my fibromyalgia/CFS and it's basically the stuff you're doing (based on Dr. Sarno and Norman Doidge's work) and I'm seeing vast improvements!

Hey man thanks for sharing. I am just quitting my programming job because it has gotten too stressful. Its not the programming I mind is some people interactions. I am planning to use the rest of the year to relax, read, recover and potentially start a pet project. Its amazing you can go up and down stairs!

Good progress. I am on the opposite of the spectrum. I have lots of physical energy but I still have severe brain fog which I cannot solve. Lots of people recovered over time. I started running and walked for hours. Those said people never recovered are bs. People do recover over time. A diagnosis does not explain CFS/ME which is a syndrome does not have a precise mechanism and we do not understand.

What is the most streneous for you? Cardio or wheights?

Initially cardio was harder. I think because it's longer in duration and there is more time for fear to build up. But now it's becoming just as "easy" as weights. It's still exercise so it's hard in that sense, but it's normal hard.

@@recoverfromcfs6707 i used to say i had relaltively mild fatigue the first three years dispite me training during those years. the first year i even continued going to the gym and train 3 times a week. but now i'm starting the think it was because of the training i had such mild fatigue.

My diet is nothing in particular. Whole foods, minimal junk food, no soda. I don't try to follow any particular diet. I don't take any medicine or supplements.
