@@GloucesterCountyNJFire probably due to the variation in responding units (i.e some brush units having ROPS/rollcages or some being really old/vintage) so it doesn't feel like a consistent/sensible response
From my boss: 3:23 entering a roadway without any lighting. 5:24 needs new lighting. That’s the problem with strobes. As they get older they just don’t work properly and becomes erratic. 6:50 appears to have no lighting in the front or rear. Oversight? Maybe, but a dash light isn’t expensive.
Strobes tend to not show up very well on cameras. It appears that they flash inconsistently or not at all sometimes, but it's just an effect from how the camera records the video. The light bar is likely fine, but I do agree a full strobe light bar is not the brightest light bar out there. And that unit with only side lighting at 6:50 definitelyyyyy needs some front and rear lighting, especially if they're technically responding emergent to incidents like this.
